LIV golfer David Puig shared his thoughts on the food at the Olympics amid complaints from athletes participating in the prestigious games.

The food at this year’s Paris Olympics has caught people’s attention after several athletes, including America’s most decorated gymnast, Simone Biles, gave it a thumbs down. Many other athletes have also complained about it.

Meanwhile, Puig commented on the restaurant at the Olympic Village, calling it the “biggest restaurant” he had seen in his “entire life.” Speaking about the restaurant at the Olympics, Puig said (via Golf Week):

“It’s unreal, all the work that is behind the scenes to make this event happen. The restaurant itself was probably the biggest restaurant I’ve ever seen in my entire life, and it took us probably five to 10 minutes to walk from one side to the other, and we were obviously on the farthest side. So it was quite a walk.

“But the Village itself, it’s great. And lots of athletes, lots of people that have been working their entire lives for a moment like this just like us. So it was very exciting and again, just very exciting to be here,” David Puig added.
Meanwhile, there have been complaints from athletes about the food. American gymnast Hezly Rivera said (via Golf Week):

“I don’t think it’s very good at least what we’re having in the dining hall.”
Notably, the Olympic Village offers athletes a variety of food every day. They have six different areas for serving food.
